CANCELLATION OR DELAY OF COURSE BY SCHOOL
The School reserves the right to cancel or delay courses, including CT sailing lessons, due to weather conditions and staff issues. If a class is cancelled by us, arrangements will be made to make up the class or provide sailing credits that can be used by the student at a later date.
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING BY STUDENT
The following are the periods of notice required to receive a refund for rescheduling or cancelling a course:
It is at the school's discretion to offer a refund or reschedule:
60+ Days from Original Course Date: 90% refund or 100% credit of the amount paid to apply to a future course*
30+ Days from Original Course Date: 50% refund or 75% credit of the amount paid to apply to a future course*
Less than 30 Days from Original Date: 25% refund or 50% credit of the amount paid to apply to a future course*
The week of the class: 20% refund or 25% credit
NO CALL NO SHOW FOR CLASS: NO REFUND
We ask that you let us know immediately should you need to change your reservation for any reason, especially if you are looking for sailing lessons in Connecticut.
* Prices for courses, including those offered by ASA schools, are subject to change from one year to the next. Credit given will be for a dollar amount and not for a specific course. That dollar amount may be applied to any course that we offer.
